Delivery Coverage

We ship anywhere in India!

Tamil Nadu: Shipped via ST Courier
Other States: Shipped via DTDC Courier

Dispatch Schedule

• Orders placed before Sunday 6 PM: Ship the same week (Thursday/Friday)
• Orders placed after Sunday 6 PM: Ship the following week (Thursday/Friday)
• Weekend/holiday orders: Ship on the next Thursday/Friday

Processing time: 8-10 working days from payment confirmation

Delivery time: 4-5 days after dispatch

Busy Periods

During holidays, processing and shipping may take longer. We appreciate your patience.

Possible Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

• Unable to reach customer
• Invalid phone number
• Strikes or natural disasters
• Government inspections or transit issues

Refused Parcels

If you refuse a parcel, you’ll be responsible for shipping charges. The remaining balance will be issued as a discount coupon.

Important Note

We cannot guarantee time-bound deliveries for urgent orders. Please order early if your purchase is time-sensitive. Cancellations due to delays cannot be accommodated.
