Shipping & Delivery

1. What are the available delivery options?

We offer three delivery options for your convenience:

• Shipping (Our Courier Partners)
• Self Booking
• Pickup

Please choose the option that best suits your requirement while placing the order.

Under the Shipping option, we will dispatch your order through our trusted courier partners.

Under the Self Booking option, you are responsible for arranging the courier service.

You must:

  • Book the courier from your side

  • Share pickup details with us

  • Ensure your courier partner collects the parcel

Once the package is handed over to your arranged courier partner, our responsibility is considered complete.

Under the Pickup option, you (or your representative) will collect the order from the given location after confirmation.

Pickup details and timing will be shared once the order is read

What is the thickness of the felt you sell?

Our felt is available in three varieties, each with a different thickness:

• China Felt: 1 mm
• Korean Felt: 1.2 mm
• Korean Fashion Felt: 1 mm

Online Classes

1. Are the classes live or pre-recorded?

All our online classes are pre-recorded, allowing you to learn at your own pace, anytime and from anywhere.

Yes! All our online classes come with lifetime access. You can watch the lessons as many times as you like, pause, replay, or fast-forward whenever needed.

You’ll also receive WhatsApp support if you need help during your learning journey.

No. Materials are not included with the course. However, you can purchase all the required felt, supplies, and kits separately from our website.

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for beginners and guide you step by step, from the basics to the finished project.

5. Will I receive the PDF patterns?

Yes. PDF patterns are included with the applicable course modules and will be shared along with your course access.

Course access is manually assigned, so please allow 24–48 hours for us to process your order.

  • Orders placed during our working hours are usually activated on the same day.
  • Orders placed after working hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be activated on the next working day.

Once your access is ready, you’ll receive an email containing your course links and PDF patterns (where applicable). Please use the same email address that you used while placing your order to access the course.

Your registered email address is used to provide:

  • Course access
  • PDF patterns
  • Order confirmation
  • Important course-related updates

Please enter a valid and active email address while placing your order. Without a valid email address, we won’t be able to provide your course access.

All our online classes are taught in English.

9. I haven't received my course access, need to change my registered email address, or I'm facing a technical issue. What should I do?
