Standard Policy

Once placed, orders typically cannot be cancelled. However, we may approve cancellations in special circumstances.

If Cancellation is Approved

• 15% restocking fee applies to the total amount
• Remaining amount issued as a store voucher (not a refund)

After Shipment

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Stock Availability

If a selected shade is out of stock (especially for yard purchases), the item amount will be refunded. Order cancellation will not be applicable in such cases.

Free Shipping Orders

Even with free shipping, we still pay shipping costs. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
