Standard Policy

Once placed, orders typically cannot be cancelled. However, we may approve cancellations in special circumstances.

If Cancellation is Approved

• 15% restocking fee applies to the total amount
• Remaining amount issued as a store voucher (not a refund)

After Shipment

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Free Shipping Orders

Even with free shipping, we still pay shipping costs. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
